REFUND POLICY
We believe 100% in our products. We do our best every day to make you happy and bring a smile to your face using our service, but we understand it’s not easy for everyone. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter an issue that we can’t resolve and renders the system unusable, we’ll be more than happy to provide a refund.
How to request a refund?
Please note your transaction order number with the subject line: « Refund Request » and describe in your email the problems you’re facing and the reason for this request. For certain reasons, you may need to provide us with evidence, and we’ll also send you evidence of our work and things we notice and need to show you as well to better explain our perspective and decision in a more detailed and transparent manner.
CONDITIONS:
Please understand and accept that we cannot issue a refund due to technical issues unless you allow us to try to resolve them adequately and assist you. If we’re unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we’ll issue you a refund. Please contact our 24/7 live support anytime if you need assistance.
Refunds can only be processed within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, no refunds will be processed.
If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically processed and funds returned to the customer’s debit card or bank account within 20 to 31 business days.
However, there are cases where refund processing takes longer, up to 90 days. We’re not responsible for these delays. We’re not the payment provider but simply the IPTV service provider.
We’ll fully refund only purchases made within 72 hours. All other refund requests will be partially returned based on the period of subscription usage. The OFFICIAL KEYS support team will contact users in all refund cases.
Note: Each refund typically takes between 20 and 90 business days, and it’s not up to us to shorten this timeframe. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We’ll do our best to refund all users promptly after reviewing the request and verifying user information.
